Roxy is a patient at work. She's way cool and loves cuddles, and purrs like a lion... do lions purr? I can't tell you what is wrong with Roxy, as that is confidential. I could tell you, but then I would have to feed you to her. In small pieces.
Today has been a good day at work... so far. I am writing this blog entry between consults, so it might all turn pear-shaped before I head home, who knows. This is the vet industry after all.
This photo was taken with a piece of yucky grey table vinyl as a backdrop. I'm hoping to photograph a lot more pets, and I wanted something I could hose and that would not get smelly, as was durable and versatile. I was also hoping to a backdrop one that was not shiny, but had to settle for this, and position the flashes such that they did not cause any specular highlights on the vinyl. I know they make neutral grey washable backdrops, but I needed it yesterday and I don't want to pay extra $ just because it is purpose built. Let's see how this goes for now.
STU at 4:00 and 8:00 at with YN460II at 1/2 power in both, 24-105mm f/4L at about 30mm, f/7.2, 1/200s, iso 200 I think.
