Friday. End of the "normal" mans week. How many of us have normal jobs these days? Most of my fam (the ones that actually seem to work) don't have normal jobs - we're all ambos or vets or whatever.. we all work stupid hours, stupid days. Just the nature of the beast.
Today was a long day at work. What should have been a 5:00pm finish dragged on until 6:25pm, for no real reason, just many little things. And we still didn't finish the days work!
We had some guests for dinner, and we drove them home, a 1hr 20min return trip. So by the time I got back and pulled the camera out, it was 11:15pm. I was pacing the house trying to get an idea when this one popped into my head. I would like to have used the smoke machine for a really dirty pub feel, and to give the silhouette in the foreground so more separation from the background, but that would have pushed shooting time well into tomorrow...
Obviously this is two images. Me standing with the blade, then me laying down with different boots on. Snooted YN460II with grid on stand on table (to mimic a table downlight), YN460II with CTO gel in softbox at 2:00 for rim of standing me in foreground.
I'm not sure which of my alter egos won this game.
