A little bit of Australiana for ya!
Today after work we met up for drinkies at Kath's house, to say farewell to Vicky. I had brought my gear thinking I would take a pic of the girls as my PAD, however a couple of cheeky Kookaburras dropped in to say hello. I didn't have my 70-200mm zoom, so I had to do with my 24-105mm f/4, and crop the image a bit. The 24-105mm is pretty soft at 105mm, so this was stopped down to f/7.1, iso 640, 1/80s with 580EXII onboard.
Kath's house is in a beautiful spot, in Faulconbridge. It's just so peaceful... or as Michael Caton would say... "how's the serenity?"
